These terms cover the use of findmebet.com and the FindMeBet application. Creating an account or buying access means you accept them.

What the service is

FindMeBet is an information tool. It collects publicly displayed bookmaker prices, compares them, and computes stake splits from them. It is not a bookmaker, takes no bets, holds no funds, and has no affiliation with any bookmaker it covers. Nothing on the service is betting, investment or financial advice.

Accuracy and risk

• Odds change constantly. A price shown on FindMeBet can differ from the price at the bookmaker by the time you get there — every figure deep-links to its source precisely so you can verify before acting.
• Calculated returns hold only if every leg of a bet is accepted at the shown price. Bookmakers can move prices, reject stakes, void bets or limit accounts; those risks are yours.
• The service is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness or availability.

Eligibility and lawful use

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).
• Whether betting — including with any bookmaker listed on FindMeBet — is lawful where you live is your responsibility to determine, and the service must not be used where doing so is unlawful.

Accounts and payment

• Paid access is prepaid for a fixed period and never auto-renews. When the period ends, access ends; there is nothing to cancel.
• One account per person. Sharing, reselling or programmatically scraping the data feed is not permitted.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindMeBet's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid for it in the preceding twelve months. FindMeBet is not liable for betting losses, voided bets, limited accounts, or decisions made on the basis of the data shown.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means acceptance. Questions: support@findmebet.com.
